When you enter a pool on Entrada Pools, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. This information is required to verify your identity and activate your pool entry.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Verify your pool entry via email
• Display your entry name on the pool leaderboard
• Allow the pool commissioner to manage their pool and contact participants
• Send you updates about your pool (optional)

Who Sees Your Data

Your entry name is publicly visible on the pool leaderboard. Your email, phone number, and other personal details are only visible to the commissioner who created the pool you entered.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (commissioner accounts). No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@entradapools.com.
