Service Description

Entrada Pools provides themed golf pool leaderboard software. Commissioners pay a one-time fee of $14.99 to create a pool. Participants enter pools for free.

Commissioner Accounts

Commissioners must provide a valid email and password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Payments

Pool creation requires a one-time payment of $14.99 processed via Stripe. All payments are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if no participants have entered the pool.

Pool Entries

By entering a pool, you agree to provide accurate contact information (name, email, phone). Your entry name will be displayed publicly on the leaderboard. Your contact information will be shared with the pool commissioner.

Not Gambling

Entrada Pools is a leaderboard and scoring platform. We do not facilitate, process, or manage any wagering, betting, or gambling activity. Any payouts between pool participants are arranged independently and are not processed through our platform.

Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate, real-time scoring, we do not guarantee the accuracy of tournament scores. Scores are sourced from third-party providers and may experience delays.

Limitation of Liability

Entrada Pools is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to scoring errors, service interruptions, or data loss.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
